UX design that’s grounded in research and built to convert
As a UX design agency in London, our in-house designers, developers and SEO specialists collaborate closely, using user research and information architecture to lay the groundwork for creative and effective UX and UI design.
We adopt a structured approach to client sign-off, ensuring alignment at every step from wireframes through to final UI. From the outset, we design across five screen sizes and to WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards, always keeping the user at the forefront of the design process.

Testimonials
We recently worked with SoBold to develop our new WordPress website, and we’re very happy with the results. Throughout the project, communication was clear and consistent, and timelines were adhered to. SoBold took our static designs and turned them into a fully functional, responsive site that works smoothly across all devices and browsers. We highly recommend SoBold to anyone needing a reliable WordPress developer.

We provide end-to-end design services including UX research, wireframing, UI design, usability testing, and UX audits. We design both websites and complex platforms, with every project tailored to your audience and business objectives.
Yes. Our designers and developers are in-house and collaborate from the earliest stages of a project. This means designs are always technically viable and development can begin with full context and documentation.
Yes. We offer standalone design services, though most clients benefit from our integrated approach where design, development, and SEO work together. We are happy to discuss the right structure for your project.
For a typical website, the UX phase runs three to five weeks, and the full design phase takes around five weeks from kickoff to sign-off of the final UI. Platform projects with multiple user roles and complex flows take longer, while a standalone UX audit usually takes one to two weeks. Cost depends on the number of templates and user journeys, the depth of research needed and whether development follows on from design. We scope each project with you and provide a quote once the requirements are clear.
Yes. We design to WCAG 2.2 AA as standard, covering colour contrast, keyboard operation, screen-reader support and clear labelling of interactive elements. We raise accessibility at the moodboard stage so it shapes the colour palette and components from the start, and in our experience a brand almost always still works once it meets AA. AAA is generally reserved for public-sector and government work where it is required, and every UX audit we run includes WCAG AA checks.
Information architecture sets your URL structure and how pages link to each other, and the content block structure decides whether a page has room to answer the questions your buyers search for. Our SEO specialists review sitemaps and wireframes before visual design begins, so keyword targeting and internal linking are built into the templates. Page speed is largely set at the design stage too, through image handling, minified exports from Figma and decisions like homepage video. We also design components so key content sits in the page’s initial HTML, which is the version AI crawlers such as GPTBot and ClaudeBot read.
