The information we collect depends on whether or not you are a client of ours, just browsing our website or applying for a job at SoBold.
Website visitors
When filling out a contact form on our website you may be asked to enter your: name, email address, telephone number, company name, and if applicable supply a project brief. You may, however, visit our site without supplying these details.
An applicant for a job at SoBold
When applying for a job, we’ll also ask for your CV and a link to your portfolio (if applicable). Your CV may be kept on record for us to contact you should a suitable job vacancy open in the future.
Our Clients
When we begin working with you on any project, you may also be asked to provide:

- Credentials for your existing website – so that we may access your website to carry out work.
We collect information from you when you visit our website, fill out the contact form on our website, sign-up for our newsletter, and via emails / in-person contact between you and any member of the SoBold team.
For us to carry out work on your website, we may need you to provide us with login credentials to your website and other third-party linked services (such as Google Analytics, HotJar etc.) We’ll keep all of these credentials encrypted in our secure password management software, LastPass, and only the team members working on your project will be able to access them.
