Migrating Triducive's website with a focus on technical, architectural and content SEO

Restructuring a healthcare consultancy’s website around the searches that lead to commissioned work.

SoBold worked with Triducive, independent facilitators of modified Delphi consensus and other consensus-led evidence programmes for the pharma, biotech, MedTech and healthcare sectors, to migrate their website onto the SoBold platform and deliver technical, architectural and content SEO alongside the move, with a set of new and restyled blocks designed on the existing brand.

Triducive had recently joined Bioscript Group, whose sites SoBold already manages, so the SEO and design work was folded into the migration as a single scope.

Triducive’s site was ranking for its specialist topics, but not high enough to be found. An average position of 13 put it at the top of page two, and the site was drawing roughly 400 organic clicks a month.

The audience also split in a way that mattered commercially. Students and researchers looking up the Delphi method made up most of the volume, while the people with a project to commission searched for a Delphi panel. The site had no page that served either properly.

Triducive’s own educational content was competing with itself with five separate URLs ranking at once for “delphi approach” whilst the dedicated method page sat at position 24, and a single blog post from 2022 carried 72% of all organic traffic. The services page was a carousel of images with the service names baked into the filenames, leaving Google nothing to read.

Underneath that sat technical debt from an earlier platform change: a sitemap returning 404, internal links routed through redirects and an old domain, inconsistent metadata, and a permalink change that had left the highest-traffic blog URLs returning errors.

SoBold audited the site against existing data and competitors, then presented a prioritised set of quick wins. The site needed one commercial page that could own the buyer term, an educational cluster that stopped competing with it and instead supported it, and a clean technical baseline underneath.

Technical foundations fixed the sitemap, metadata, duplicate headings and the broken dated blog URLs. Page architecture and targeting mapped one primary keyword to every page, classified all 58 posts and pages into a consolidation plan, and built nine service pages in a hub-and-spoke structure. Published work gave each of Triducive’s 20 peer-reviewed publications its own verified page. Alongside this, SoBold’s design team produced a set of new and refreshed blocks on the existing design system.

The site then moved onto SoBold hosting with the group’s standard security wraparound, and the new structure went live in September 2026.

A dedicated commercial page for the buyer term

The keyword-target map gave every page one primary term, with a rule that no two pages could share one. "Delphi panel" was treated as a commissioning intent and given a new commercial page of its own, carrying the case studies, client logos and publications that had previously lived on the homepage.

Around it, SoBold rebuilt the hub-and-spoke services section. A rebuilt hub page leads into Delphi Panels and its two child pages, then into five sister services that had not previously had dedicated pages: Nominal Group Technique, Advisory Boards, Patient-Centred Consensus, Integrated Care Pathways and Literature Review.

All existing URLs were classified one by one, split into consolidate and redirect or keep candidates.

Redirects were layered deliberately. A site-wide rule restored every dated blog URL to its clean slug, rescuing guide and advantages posts that held first and second position but had been returning 404. Six page-level redirects sit beneath it, so no old URL travels more than two hops to its replacement.

A detailed internal linking map across the news posts was applied to move equity into the new pages.

Triducive’s peer-reviewed publications had been rows in a table with outbound links. SoBold gave each of the 20 its own page covering the clinical challenge, how the consensus was run, what the panel agreed and where it was published, with a citation line and a link to the journal.

Every panel size, agreement threshold and statement count was taken directly from the published paper, then re-verified claim by claim against the source in a separate pass. Thresholds were kept exactly as each paper reported them, 75% on most studies and 66% or 67% on others, and the service pages now cite these publications as proof.

The brief ruled out a complete redesign, so SoBold’s design team worked inside Triducive’s existing styles and grid and added only what the new content needed. The image carousel on the services hub became a services block: cards with a real heading, description, image and link for each service, pulled from the CMS, swipeable on mobile and reusable anywhere on the site. A comparison table block, built for the Nominal Group Technique page and its side-by-side with the Delphi method, converts to stacked cards on mobile so the comparison still reads on a phone.

The Related News block was restyled, given an editable title field and had its heading hierarchy corrected, so post titles now sit properly beneath the section heading. The newsletter sign-up, previously white text on a white background, was refreshed visually with its existing functionality kept intact, and the global navigation gained a Bioscript Group logo lockup to signal the group relationship.

Triducive’s readers are medical affairs, market access and guideline development professionals, so every page was reviewed by their internal team, checked for cannibalisation against the keyword map, and passed through a clinical accuracy check that removed any claim that could not be sourced. Where a service had no existing Triducive material to draw on, creation of the page was paused until the client supplied it.

Beyond the launch

The new structure went live in September 2026 and is now in a ranking-transfer phase, with 78 tracked terms across UK and US markets tied to the piece of work that should move each one.

The homepage is being retargeted gradually so that “delphi panel” equity transfers to the new commercial page without a dip in visibility.

SoBold hosts the site under Bioscript Group’s standard security and patching arrangement and provides technical SEO support as the new pages settle.
