Enabling Rede Partners to develop RedeWire’s capabilities further and improve the portal’s user experience.
Following the successful launch of RedeWire in 2023, the platform continued to be developed and maintained by SoBold.
Rede Partners wanted to continue to enhance user experience and create a ‘sticky’ customer experience for its users. Upon launching the platform, it needed to be continuously managed and Rede wanted to ensure that data was driving positive change and improvements.
SoBold and Rede Partners began working together to evolve and enhance the platform via SoBold’s Scale and Maintain retainer. The SoBold team worked closely with Rede’s Product team to listen to user feedback and make improvements to the UX of the platform. As the platform evolved, Rede also requested frequent improvements and new features, SoBold’s ‘Scale’ and sprint-based approach meant we were able to push new features to the platform regularly.
