As SoBold's Managing Director, I'm responsible for the direction of the agency, from the quality of our work and the strength of our client relationships through to the growth of our team.
Biography
I came into development through a software apprenticeship, working on the Microsoft stack and SharePoint. I joined SoBold in 2017 as a junior front end developer, when the team was four people, and became Technical Director in 2022 before taking over as Managing Director in 2026, when Will moved into a founder-focused role.
Thoughts
Most of the conversation about AI in agencies is still about writing code more quickly, but for me, the more interesting shift is in everything that sits around the code. We've built our own agents to handle tender monitoring, project data and client reporting, which has taken a significant amount of administrative work off the team.
