Working with SoBold since: 2021

What we did
We initially conducted a UX audit of the current site to review the pain points, comparing it against their competitors, before looking ahead at what the key goals of the site needed to be.

Success snapshot
Establishing user journeys and flows
We combined the creation of user personas, information architecture, and high-fidelity wireframes to define the foundation of the site’s user experience.

The visual exploration phase focused on enhancing Three Crowns' brand portrayal on the website.
We presented diverse moodboards, each designed to evoke specific feelings and target different user groups.
The key challenge was ensuring stakeholders understood the conceptual nature of these explorations without interpreting them too literally.

Once the visual direction and wireframes were agreed, we were able to apply this to the design.
The 'People' page was a key focus throughout and one of the content elements was new Laywer photos.
As part of this project, SoBold liaised with photographers to provide a brief that was aligned with the look and feel of the new website.

Once the design was signed off, SoBold created internal stylesheets and had multiple meetings internally to pass the design over to the development team.
The development phase is typically the least collaborative phase, whilst the SoBold developers are bringing the site to life.
The 'Careers' area of the site needed to be integrated with Team Tailor, an all-in-one recruitment software which meant multiple interactions with the Three Crowns HR team.

Beyond the launch
We created a custom Looker Studio dashboard to make GA4 data more accessible and actionable, and to provide clear visual insights into site performance across all key traffic channels.
