Building Valid Insight's digital presence ahead of a fixed conference deadline

SoBold worked with Valid Insight, a market access consulting firm operating under the Bioscript Group, to develop a new website. The project was delivered in two phases: an MVP launch, followed by a detailed round of refinements based on structured UAT feedback from the Valid Insight team.

The firm needed a website that communicated this depth of expertise while reflecting its core values of integrity, authentic communication, and patient-centric impact.

What we did

The project ran in two distinct phases.

Phase 1 delivered a minimum viable product to meet the conference deadline, covering the core site structure, key pages, and essential functionality.

Phase 2 addressed the detailed UAT feedback, refining design elements, finalising content presentation, and integrating the remaining image assets.

SoBold structured the site around Valid Insight’s four lifecycle stages: Early Development and Phase II, Phase III, Filing and Launch, and Post-Launch, giving visitors a clear path to the firm’s capabilities at each stage of a product’s journey.

Phased deadline for tight timeframes

SoBold scoped the MVP to include all critical pages, core navigation, and a fully responsive layout, giving Valid Insight a professional digital presence for the event without compromising on quality.

The second phase then addressed the finer details: image replacements, content adjustments, and interaction refinements identified through a structured UAT process with the client team.

This phased approach meant Valid Insight had a live, presentable site for their hard deadline while retaining a clear route to the finished product.

News and events, designed for the visitor

The News and Events section went through several iterations before the team settled on a format that prioritised the visitor experience. Rather than requiring a click-through to read each event item, the final implementation displays static cards with a 174-character description visible on the listing page itself.

This was a deliberate decision to reduce friction for visitors browsing updates, accepting the trade-off against potential SEO value from dedicated article pages.
