Forvis Mazars faced the ongoing challenge of maintaining and evolving multiple websites, particularly their careers websites and blogs.
With dynamic content needs and a global reach, they required a thoughtful and strategic approach to ensure their web presence remained current, engaging, and effective in attracting top talent and sharing valuable insights.

What we did
A key initiative involved seamlessly executing a comprehensive brand refresh across all their websites, starting with the Careers multi-site, following the merger between Mazars and Forvis.
This ensured a unified brand presentation for prospective talent and stakeholders.
Our partnership also allows SoBold to proactively implement enhancements and continually optimise the user experience across their sites, ensuring they remain compelling and effective communication channels.

Mazars website rebrand to Forvis Mazars
Mazars rebranded to Forvis Mazars and tasked SoBold with carrying out updates for the rebrand to all careers, blogs and internal media library sites. The development team were required to update all global and block elements to match the new branding to maintain consistency.



SoBold were required to restructure the forms for the gender diversity checklists used by the Forvis Mazars team. They had a simple and advanced version of the forms that are also available in multiple languages.
The site was updated with the new branding and custom forms built to handle the data submitted and generate a PDF of results based on the submitted scores.

The Forvis Mazars careers sites are using multiple ATS integrations to showcase their current job offers for potential candidates. Forvis Mazars add their job offers to a chosen third party ATS provider, the API for the ATS is then used to get these job offers and import them to WordPress for display on the website.
A custom scheduled event was created to check regularly for any new job offer updates that will add, update or delete them accordingly.

SoBold created bespoke CI/CD deployment scripts for each Forvis Mazars site that is managed by us.
A strict Git workflow is in place to ensure that code is deployed successfully with minimal impact.
