Website management FAQs
How do you manage updates and new features in your management without causing disruptions?
All updates are first applied in a staging environment, where we run QA checks to validate compatibility, performance, and UX. Only after thorough testing and approval do we deploy changes to the live site, typically during off-peak hours to minimise impact.
How does data play a role in your website management plans?
Data is central to everything we do. We use performance metrics, user behaviour insights, and SEO data to identify issues, prioritise improvements, and track the impact of our work. Whether it’s fixing bugs, planning UX enhancements, or deciding which features to roll out next, we use real-time data to guide our decisions and deliver measurable outcomes.
How is communication handled during ongoing support?
You’ll always have a dedicated project manager, who coordinates meetings and updates, answers questions, and keeps things moving.
How do you report on the work completed each month?
Each month, we provide a clear summary report outlining the tasks completed, hours used, and key outcomes. We also flag any emerging issues or opportunities for the following month.
How are priorities set for each sprint?
We remain flexible to shifting needs, but always prioritise work that aligns with your long-term goals. You’ll have full visibility and sign-off throughout, with the opportunity to shape each sprint’s priorities. We also proactively flag opportunities or improvements that may not yet be on your radar.
