SoBold’s Scale website management approach enables our clients to work with both the Design and Development teams at SoBold to proactively scale their websites through a sprint-based approach.

This unique project workflow is managed through SoBold’s Project Management tool, ClickUp, and SoBold’s clients are onboarded onto the platform to ensure maximum visibility on task flow, priorities and deliverables.

A 'Scale' partnership operates on a monthly sprint-based model - with work split between design and development. This structure ensures that all tasks are executed efficiently, with clear priorities and consistent progress.

All our sprints are underpinned by this. Our Project Managers work closely with you to identify your highest priority tasks, which we can then schedule in for the months ahead. You'll have access to our project management tool, Click up, where all tasks are documented and sorted in a priority order.

Design

Design

Our design team will work through the tasks. Where necessary we'll flag any queries with you before sharing our designs for feedback and approval. Once approved, we'll prep the design tasks for dev.

Development

Development

SoBold’s Development team executes the tasks for your approval. Where appropriate, our SEO team are looped in to ensure technical excellence across all development tasks.

Go live

Go live

Once you have reviewed the development work, our QA team ensures everything functions correctly and meets our standards. Upon successful QA, we coordinate a go-live date with you before our Development team pushes the changes live.

All updates are first applied in a staging environment, where we run QA checks to validate compatibility, performance, and UX. Only after thorough testing and approval do we deploy changes to the live site, typically during off-peak hours to minimise impact.

How are priorities set for each sprint?

We remain flexible to shifting needs, but always prioritise work that aligns with your long-term goals. You’ll have full visibility and sign-off throughout, with the opportunity to shape each sprint’s priorities. We also proactively flag opportunities or improvements that may not yet be on your radar.
